One day i will remould into a sea amoeba

Previously on display at La Cambre University. The installation includes necklaces strung with wax casts of the artist's finger tips and casts of a fish fin. In the middle of the room, a plaster cast of the artist's hand with additional webbed areas between the fingers, and a large drawing of an imagined sea amoeba at the back of the room. The installation consists of a line of objects representing the evolution from human to sea amoeba, symbolizing a simpler, calmer existence. The installation features necklaces that symbolize lockets and keeping something you love close to you, with the final evolution represented by a fin necklace and a necklace with fingertips representing remembrance. The installation includes a sound piece, a recording of the artist reciting a poem written for the installation that plays as the audience walks around.
